• We will verify that your wood burning system is operating correctly before finishing the job. Whether we sweep from the top or bottom, we will always check the chimney cap and conduct a draft test after cleaning.

• We also do WETT Inspections and have installed hundreds of wood burning appliances. We believe regular chimney cleaning - by a WETT Certified Chimney Sweep - is your best defense against any issues with system performance and safety over time. If we notice any issues, we will inform you clearly and provide a solution.

• Conventional chimney cleaning brushes will often miss accumulated areas of soot and creosote which is difficult to remove with the old brush and rod system.

• We use a top of the line Power Sweeping System by RodStation from the UK. Power Sweeping uses a rotating head made up of nylon strands that is attached to flexible rods and a power drill which controls the speed of the head that spins within the flue.

• Power Sweeping has proven to be far more effective at thoroughly cleaning chimneys. It is quicker, cleaner and all around more capable. This system moreover has different cleaning heads which enable cable or chains to be used for more aggressive cleaning and removal of heavy creosote deposits.
